Shipping processing excludes Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese holidays, year -end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, Obon.

Most shipments arrive within 2–3 weeks; however, customs or stock delays may extend this timeline. We aim to ship within a week of ordering, but it may take longer depending on the stock of the product.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the country and the weight/ dimensions of the items, so please check the checkout screen.

We offer international shipping to the following areas:

Customs Duties & Taxes 関税・税金
When you purchase goods from abroad, you become the importer and are responsible for paying customs duties, consumption tax, and value-added tax (VAT). The following fees may be charged by the receiving country:- Host country VAT

National policies can vary widely and in many cases some or all of them apply.
All taxes and duties levied by the laws of the destination country must be paid by the customer. In particular, if you are in an area with strict customs, such as the UK, EU, please check with the local government department.

Kindly note that there are restrictions on which items can be shipped internationally, as well as limitations on specific delivery regions.
Return Policy 返品・返金・交換ポリシー
As all items are thoroughly inspected before shipping, we do not accept returns unless the item has a defect that renders it unusable. In the unlikely event of a defective item, please include a photo to prove that the item is different or defective.
We will accept returns if the item is clearly different from the description on the item page. Damage caused by customs clearance or customer use will not be considered.
* Majority of the items available at our store are handmade one by one. There are slight variations in color, shape, size and glaze between the crafts as they appear in photographs shown online and items that you receive at hand.
If the return is due to our error (e.g. a defective item was received), we will cover the shipping costs.
Refund 返金
Upon receipt and verification of your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned merchandise. You will also be notified if your refund is approved or denied. If approved, a refund will be processed and automatically applied within a certain number of days.
* Administrative fees or transaction fees up to 5% may be deducted from the amount paid during refund.
- Returns or exchanges due to color differences between the product photo and the actual product (except for wrong items delivered).
- Items with obvious signs of use.
- Items that are not in their original condition and are damaged or partially missing for reasons beyond our control.
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Cancellation キャンセルポリシー
Orders that have already been completed or shipped cannot be canceled or modified, including changes to item selection or adding additional items. We kindly ask that you carefully review your order before finalizing it.
Cancellations will only be accepted within 30 minutes of placing the order and before it has been shipped. If a cancellation is unavoidable, a processing fee will be deducted from the paid amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded. Please note that cancellations after the order has been shipped may not be accommodated, depending on the timing of your request.
Inventory Availability 在庫の状況
Some items displayed as “available” in our online store may occasionally be out of stock, as they are exhibited both in our Omote-sando store and online. There may be a delay in updating the online inventory after in-store purchases.
If an item you ordered is unavailable or in the process of restocking, we will notify you by email.
Unclaimed or Refused Packages 配達不能または拒否された荷物
If you refuse to receive a package due to tax obligations and requested for refund, we will refund the amount minus shipping fees and related costs. (Note: Additional return shipping charges may apply due to variable courier rates.)
Delivery accidents 配送事故
If you encounter any issues with the received item, please notify us by email within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Please do not accept damaged packages.
Items may be delivered by leaving them at the door or garage of your designated delivery address. If any damage or loss occurs after delivery and before you retrieve the items, we will not cover for the incident.
